Generate video content by elevate SkillLane brand to the next level through building, managing and optimizing organic and paid social posts for relevant audiences.
Develop a strong video content strategy, ensuring the best creative execution.
Understand what content people consume and how they consume it on social media.
Create the video content process, including briefing and enthusing creative teams i.e. graphic designer and videographer/photographer/editor.
Evaluate the performance of your content on social media and to iterate and optimize the content performance.
Assist ad-hoc project work assigned by the team and supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication art, advertising or a related field and/or relevant years of experience.
A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience in content creating or branding with ability to build community and social media engagement from a user-oriented perspective.
Excellent grammatical and language skills with ability to convey message through video content by using different styles/tones to engage with different audiences.
Understand video creation workflows. Understand how to interact and brief the creative team, i.e. graphic designer, videographer, video editor, and photographer.
Enjoy hands-on approach. Enjoy working closely with your team.
Enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Enjoy consuming content on social media to understand trends.
Passionate about self-development, learning for better career opportunities and educational technology is a plus.
