Job Description
- Create, edit, and publish content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring it aligns with the content strategy and maintains high standards of quality, grammar, style, and tone. (in both Thai and English)
- Develop and maintain content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely content production.
- Collaborate with the Manager Content Editor and other team members to contribute to a variety of content types, including posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more, specific to the social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, making adjustments to content strategies as needed.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and increase organic traffic on social media platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging content formats in the digital space, and incorporate innovative strategies into the content plan for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Generate reports on the performance of content on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, highlighting key metrics, engagement, and areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications
Education (Minimum Qualifications Required)
- Bachelor degree
- Marketing, communications, journalism, literature, or a related field
Experience (Minimum Professional Experience Required)
- Proven 1 - 3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing or content management role, including work with social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ideally in global companies.
- Strong writing skills in both Thai and English.

- Excellent writing skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing content for various digital platforms, specifically on social media.
- Proficiency in SEO and content optimization for social media to enhance online visibility and audience engagement.

- Creativity and the ability to adapt content for different social media platforms and diverse audiences, including text, video, voice-over scripts, and multimedia.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for meeting deadlines and maintaining content schedules on social media platforms.
