Manage the end-to-end planning and implementation of Shopee’s largest campaigns (Double Digit, Mid Month, Payday)
Work closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Business Development, and Business Intelligence teams to ideate campaign mechanics (e.g. vouchers and deals), manage spending budget, plan in-app visibilities & out-app communications, and execute with all the working teams
Analyze key commercial/marketing metrics to drive continual performance optimization and improve campaign efficiency
Identify and explore new buyer-facing initiatives to grow the buyer base, commercial performance, or improve user experience of campaigns
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years work experience; experience in campaign marketing, e-commerce arm of brands, or business development would be a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and can independently manage own tasks
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to analyze issues / identify opportunities and turn them into recommendations.
Good verbal and written communication skills; able to coordinate with multi-team stakeholders
Proactive and can-do attitude; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good command of English
