Night Shift Operation Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor the whole manufacturing and supply process to ensure product quality, ensure product is produce safely & timely during the night shift.
• Manage manufacturing and supply team to make sure they follow strictly Company Code of Conduct; LSR; Company labor rule and regulation during the night shift.
• Maintain quality standards and facilitate the implementation and adherence to good manufacturing practice.
• Set targets, track daily achievements, make appropriate adjustments in resources and organization, analyses results, identify, and implement actions to attain desired result.
• Coordinate with process engineer, technical to ensure product quality, optimize production batch size, processing time.
• Coordinate with maintenance to reduce machine down time, optimum maintenance cost for tool, equipment & machine at production.
• Monitor daily team meeting to make sure information is updated daily as required, to make sure problems are solved properly, soonest.

Experience

• Chemical/Business Management college degree is minimum requirement.
• Minimum 5 years-experience in management in the same industry
• Fluency in English.
• Good team player, team leader
• Strong oral / written / communication and presentation skill.
• Problem solving skill.
• Process safety knowledge.
