Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, management, and clients.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, issues, and resolutions.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain high standards of project deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Exceptional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
