Initiate and monitor company-wide strategy, planning, and assist in management reporting
Review teams’ performance against business targets, recommend solutions and systematic approach for performance tracking & the next course of actions
Oversee ICO Portal-related operations – e.g. customer onboarding, document management, token payment & allotment and client onboarding (KYC & KYB)
Coordinate & Foster relationship with both internal & external parties such as subsidiaries parties, exchanges & partnership organizations
Lead team in process, contract, negotiation, control, and cost optimization
Work closely with management & related teams to set and/or implement policies, procedures, processes, and systems and to follow through with implementation and execution
Monitor customer issues with team and continuously enhance customer experience
Be the main point for customer onboarding performance & documentation follow up
Maintain working knowledge in digital asset and blockchain
Manage and support in company’s operations, administrations, and supporting functions
Perform special projects assigned and any other ad-hoc, when required
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Banking, Digital Asset, or other related fields
Knowledge in KYC/KYB/AML is mandatory
Experienced in process improvement and project management is required
Fluent in English and Thai
Ability to work under pressure under minimum supervisory
Hands-on, organized, positive can-do attitude, open-minded, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Strong leadership, logical thinking, and interpersonal skill
