Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling to Active and Inactive Databases
- Reach out to an extensive client base, consisting of both active and inactive buyers and renters who have registered on the FazWaz platform.
- Re-engage with leads and provide updates on new projects and opportunities that match their investment or home-buying criteria.
Project Pitching and Consultation
- Present and pitch various real estate projects to clients, focusing on properties that meet their investment goals or end-user needs.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice and recommendations based on their preferences and requirements.
Coordinate with Sales Team
- Work closely with the FazWaz in-house sales team to arrange viewings, both virtual and in-person.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead to viewing, and ultimately to a closed deal.
- Assist in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:Experience in Sales or Telesales
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service roles.
- Ability to engage with clients confidently, build trust, and effectively pitch products or services.
- No real estate is required - we are look work ethic and personality over experience.
Strong Communication Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages being a plus (especially Thai, Mandarin, or Russian).
