Makes sure there is excellent customer service in all the departments of the store (woman, man, children, fitting rooms, cash registers, stockroom, etc.)
Analyses the sales reports taking necessary decisions and following up on them, communicating the results to the team and making sure the team of managers are properly trained.
Knows about the products and the collections of the season in all of the departments and makes sure the team is trained
Makes sure that the products displayed at the store meet image criteria
Solved problems of sales productivity, inventory control, staffing plan and manpower control
Makes continuous replenishment of products at the store possible by organising and distributing among the operations team, ensuring they are replenished from the stockroom using tools available at the store.
Work closely with Brand Manager and International Team.
Ensures that the store’s facilities are in perfect condition and work properly (painting, lighting, storefront, window display, etc.).
Qualifications:
2-3 years’ experience in similar position
If experienced working with fast fashion retail store management is an advantage
English proficiency in business level
Passionate and interest in fashion business, and eager to learn and grow with the company.
Able to work flexible hours and on weekends (Shift hours)
Have proven evidence of leadership skills
Positive attitude, flexible and trustworthy.
Able to work as a team player or independently.
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
