Store Manager | Retail | Zara

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations across all departments to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, foster exceptional customer service, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Analyze sales reports to make data-driven decisions, implement strategies for sales growth, and support the management team in achieving targets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of current season products and collections, training and developing team members to enhance product expertise and uphold brand standards.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively and drive sales.
• Coordinate continuous product replenishment from stockroom to store floor, optimizing operational tools and resources.
• Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and International Team to align store strategies with global standards.
• Ensure store facilities are well-maintained, overseeing painting, lighting, storefront, and window displays to enhance the store's overall presentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in retail metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
• Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current industry trends and customer preferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with retail management software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management) is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet business needs and support store operations.
