    MarTech Business Development Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    Incoming / Engagement (15%)

    • Initiate initial engagement with qualified leads, coordinating with the MarTech Lead.
    • Follow up with clients and schedule initial calls/meetings.
    • Collaborate with the MarTech Lead to determine engagement participants and facilitate discussions.
    • Conduct market research to prepare for client engagements.
    • Document the MoM for each interaction.

    Proposal

    • Assist in the development of proposals, including compiling standard documents, company information, and case studies.
    • Support proposal development.

    CRM

    • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Manage CRM updates for the entire MarTech team.

    Outbound / Creating Opportunities (50%)

    • Identify and research potential key clients in alignment with the MarTech Lead.
    • Coordinate initial engagements and gather project briefs as per agreements with the MarTech Lead.

    Marketing / Networking

    • Participate in internal and external events.


    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and negotiation, preferably in the MarTech or SaaS industry.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
    • Proficiency in IT and SaaS products such as Google Workspace or equivalents.
    • Experience in cultivating long-term client relationships rather than one-off sales transactions.
    • Ability to work in an organized, focused, and systematic manner.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred but not required.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot).
    • Familiarity with automating outreach with LinkedIn, email, or similar tools to optimize communication and outreach routines.
    • Effective presentation creation and delivery skills.
