You will contribute to the BU's business success by managing a high performing team to deliver great work and seeking out further opportunities.
Manage and develop strong client relationships and have a good understanding of clients’ business and market, utilizing your research expertise and proprietary Kantar Insights solutions.
You will be involved in client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation and delivery of presentations and reports as well as broader business responsibilities including seeking new business, people management and the implementation of broader business initiatives to improve business performance.
Direct the team’s efforts in the most effective use of analytic processes and research methodologies to address clients’ business issues.
Provide constant delivery of strong consumer insights to clients and ensure client deliverables meet expectations and needs.
Conducts research in compliance with the ISO 20252 standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures
Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing At least 5 years progressive experience managing high volume quantitative research studies, interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on agreed KPIs; including people management experience
Strong capability to lead and a team and mentoring
Proven Experience in Market research or Consumer Insights within agencies or end-users
Experience with brand health tracking, ad testing, U&As and other market research techniques; keen ability to recognize and articulate the story
Build new clients and nurture existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong communications and presentation skills
Experienced in developing team members through coaching and performance management.
Able to manage projects and the team to contribute towards achievement of financial targets, through developing client relationships, managing key supplier relationships, as well as instilling a learning culture among the team.
