Develop good business proposal with strong financial terms including sales revenue, cost and margin
Handle the business proposal with the business size at least 100 million THB in sales revenue for total contract year and at least 10 Million THB in EBIT incremental for the first-year contract and/or 50 million THB EBIT incremental for the whole contract years
Maximize number of high potential clients with the knowledge of market development, movement of companies in the industry and of competitors
Lead the important, complex, controversial or difficult meetings and negotiations with potential Clients and Business Partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization’s business interests.
Develops programs to retain and expand existing company relationships for one or more divisions, product lines, or market segments, and soliciting new business from prospective clients
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Coach subordinate (if any) in all business development activities in order to achieve the company goals
Functional Skills And Knowledge
Demonstrate business development experience in applying business development principles for medium- to large-sized companies in similar industries
Demonstrate business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
Demonstrate application of market research and audit conclusions to decision-making
Proven client and customer account management skills
Demonstrate ability to manage global/regional/country level assignments and projects
