Job Description:

• Manage and analyze financial analysis and projection
• Present business development proposals for the origination and execution, placement of debentures, syndicated loans, Merger and Acquisition, and other financial products

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or any related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in Debt Capital Markets, Financial Advisory or Credit Analysis
• Strong knowledge in Financial Modeling, Cash Flow Projection, excellent in presentation and analytical skills will be advantaged
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in financial analysis, investment portfolio management and forecasting.
• Good systematic thinking and people management
• Good Communication and presentation skills, including ability to interface with executive management
