Head of Finance&Account (Overseas)

Responsibilities :

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Create and manage budget , forecasts and financial models.

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.

- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.

2. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements to management team head office.

- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.

3. Treasury and cash Management :

- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs.

- Overseas banking relationships , credit facilities and investment strategies.

4. Capital Management :

- Optimize the capital structure of the organization to ensure efficient use of financial resources.

- Evaluate and recommend financing options , including debt and equity.

5. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

- Evaluate potential mergers, acquisition ,and strategic partnerships.

- Lead financial due diligence , negotiation and integration activities.

6. Compliance and Regulations;

- Ensure compliance with financial legislation and tax requirements.

- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities.

7. Team Leadership;

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship and guidance.

- Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability within the organization.

8. Stakeholder Communication;

- Maintain effective communication with investors and analysts and other stakeholders.

- Represent the company in financial matters with external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’ degree in finance , accounting or a related.

2. Extensive experience in finance leadership roles.

3. Strong financial analysis and strategic planning and financial modeling skills.

4. Knowledge of financial regulations , reporting standards and tax laws.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Leadership and team management skills.

7. Able to travel to work abroad.
