Billing Information: Accurately record and complete billing information.
Invoice Management: Verify billing details, confirm invoices with vendors, and ensure timely invoice dispatch.
PFA/NRE Management: Close the PFA/NRE promptly and monitor the planner to ensure timely logistics push.
Cost Estimation: Estimate monthly costs and provide reports to Finance.
Excel Reporting: Develop Excel formulas for billing verification and create reports.
Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external departments.
Report Analysis: Analyze reports effectively.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies
Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and COUNTIFS.
Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Analytical Skills: Strong skills in evaluation, prioritization, and analysis.
