Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Drive end to end the performance review process by managing appraisal schedules, coordinating with managers, and maintaining performance-related documentation
Oversee and manage the administration of compensation, benefits, and others project e.g., annual health checks, and insurance.
Manage employee records, handle paperwork, and oversee documentation compliance related to hiring, termination, benefits, and other HR-related functions.
Reconciles the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement
Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy to improve HR operations efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.
Continuously evaluate HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
Support initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role
Knowledge of HR processes and practices, including onboarding, employee data management
Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
Excellent written and spoken communication in Thai and English and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
