Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Drive end to end the performance review process by managing appraisal schedules, coordinating with managers, and maintaining performance-related documentation
• Oversee and manage the administration of compensation, benefits, and others project e.g., annual health checks, and insurance.
• Manage employee records, handle paperwork, and oversee documentation compliance related to hiring, termination, benefits, and other HR-related functions.
• Reconciles the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement
• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy to improve HR operations efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, and prepare necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed.
• Continuously evaluate HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
• Support initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role
• Knowledge of HR processes and practices, including onboarding, employee data management
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to HR operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Thai and English and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
