Sales & Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Reporting
Support the Oceania sales team in producing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports using data from the business.
Utilize existing templates to create professional and customer-centric graphical reports.
Work closely with the sales team to develop QBR packs ahead of deadlines, incorporating necessary revisions.
Provide additional customer KPI reporting and assist in coordinating and distributing Market Intelligence.
CRM Administration & Data Management
Support the Oceania sales team in managing their KPI targets within the CRM system.
Input data into CRM based on provided reports, including visit logs, contact sheets, and pipeline updates, ensuring accuracy.
Ensure compliance with CRM data quality standards, follow up with the team for incomplete entries, and adjust templates as needed.
Track and support sales team performance on:
Contact reports submission
Pipeline accuracy
Visit report volumes
Ensure all CRM data remains current, including pipeline opportunities and closing dates.
Act as the Oceania CRM superuser, assisting the Head of Sales (HOS) and senior management in retrieving accurate data for meetings.
Financial Awareness
Maintain financial accuracy by monitoring and analyzing daily financial activities within the scope of responsibility.
Identify anomalies in costings, invoices, and financial processes, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Teamwork & Collaboration
Provide direct assistance to the manager as required.
Foster strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate professional ethics and values in all interactions.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Quality & Compliance
Uphold the integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS) at all times.
Maintain full knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all business processes align with quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience in International Freight Forwarding.
Proven experience in a sales support, analyst, or administrative role.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
Prior exposure to freight forwarding sales support operations.
