Play a key role in establishing the content of work functions offered to internal clients (employees) encompassing mobile learning, blended learning as well as custom e-learning programs delivered over an array of technology platforms including LMS, learning portal as well as mobile solutions.
Develop and maintain learning management systems (LMS) to track employee training progress.
Support training strategy planning by researching future learning trends, analyzing business and collecting feedback from frontline staff.
Propose possible enhancement on current LMS and plan for resources
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organization.
Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, using a variety of instructional methods.
Assist section head to develop annual training plan and strategic reports.
Support digital learning product (e.g. video editing, animation design and material voice over).
Perform benchmarking and market research to identify training needs and possible solutions.
Responsible for OKR.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or Higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Educational Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or related fields.
At least 5 years of learning and development.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, positive, and supportive attitude.
Ability to effectively work and communicate with people within the organization.
Strong familiarity with recognized digital learning technical standards.
Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity and a positive outlook with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
