Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with stakeholders, or consultations with managers or instructors
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
- Review training materials from a variety of sources to choose appropriate materials and give appropriate feedbacks.
- Review and research knowledge from both local and international sources
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs
- Deliver training to students, parents or corporate employees using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, certified coach, or related certificate.
- Experienced in developing academic content is preferred.
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in content development.
- Passionate in student counselling or psychology or improving education sector.
- Creative and innovative in content and material creation.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and experience in training students is a plus.
- Passionate in student counselling or psychology or improving education.
- Open-minded and being resilient.
