    Position Details

    Responsibilities:


    • Manage all matters of office building including relocation, seating allocation and coordinate with related internal and external parties when have any complaint or issues. Ensure day-to-day operations on admin and facility go smoothly.
    • Liaise with government section (Social security fund, Tax department, Department of Labor) when having any changes or issues by coordinate with legal team and preparing for related documents for declaration as well as submitting yearly document as schedule.
    • Liaise with Legal Team when having any change regarding legal matters such as sublease, employment contract, authorized persons, the Power of Attorney, establish new company etc.
    • Verify monthly payroll FTE & Outsource are made accurately.
    • Monitor and advise team on performing work in accordance with guidelines and policies such as SOP, PDPA and regulatory changes to ensure that the operations are efficient and complaint with relevant laws and regulations
    • Oversee administration and seek approval the budget for employee benefits as cycle including health insurance, check-up as well as prepare employee information for actuarial report, disabilities person.
    • Collaboration within team and related parties when have specific requirement on the projects i.e. BOT, AMLO, OIC etc.
    • Monitor monthly incurred expenses to ensure proper payments to ensure cost effectiveness.
    • Support quarterly auditors related to HR and provide necessary documentation and ensure is in line with regulatory standards.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in HR functions, with at least 2 years in a managing role.
    • Proven ability to manage payroll systems, welfare &benefits, and HR processes.
    • Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Good command of both speaking and writing English
    • Multi-taking skills and attention to detail.
