Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Align HR strategies with business goals to support overall objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations.
Talent Management:
- Oversee the full cycle of talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and retention.
- Work with business units to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
- Support performance management processes, including setting KPIs and OKRs, conducting evaluations, and managing employee development plans.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews.
Organizational Development:
- Facilitate change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead efforts in organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights into workforce trends.
- Prepare reports on HR activities, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other key indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to HR practices and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
