    Human Resources Business Partner

    Position Details

    About the job

    Strategic HR Partnership:

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Align HR strategies with business goals to support overall objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations.

    Talent Management:

    • Oversee the full cycle of talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and retention.
    • Work with business units to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
    • Support performance management processes, including setting KPIs and OKRs, conducting evaluations, and managing employee development plans.

    Employee Relations:

    • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews.

    Organizational Development:

    • Facilitate change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
    • Lead efforts in organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
    • Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

    HR Analytics and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights into workforce trends.
    • Prepare reports on HR activities, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other key indicators.
    • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to HR practices and policies.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
    • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
