Responsibilities
- Work deep in the business to understand business strategies and organization challenges of the partnered teams and enable to build value-added HR People plan to support business strategies or needs
- Play a critical role in linking, translating, integrating and leading HR PepsiCo People Priorities including: -
Talent Acquisition & onboarding
- Partner with TA and line managers, leaders in the interview process
- Custodian of local TR policies, ensure communication to employees, work with BU TR team on local policy improvement and alignment of key regional policies
Performance Management (PMP)
- Ensure quality of all PMP processes: e.g. Objective setting aligned with business directions, development review (PDR), career development discussion
- Work with management teams and People Managers to identify and implement action plans for development of key talent
Workforce Management
- Manage the HCs and ERC cost upon AOP while reasonable flex for business requirment
- Drive ecosystem to enable effective structure
Organizational Culture
- Drive employee engagement via OHS e.g. understanding, completion, analysis, and action planning of the Org Health Survey (OHS) via via coaching & formation of OHS Committee
Talent Development & Training
- Partner with People Managers to support individual development plans (IDP)or training needs for teams or individuals
- Develop succession plans for key talent by working closely with line managers and relevant functional leaders
- Work closely with HR team in the region and Line Managers providing feedback on their personal development and coaching needs, whilst leveraging of feedback tools like 360/MQPI to better support them increase their self-awareness and develop their leadership capabilities with their teams
- Drive assigned HR KPIs to deliver short/ medium/ & long-term strategies
- Contribute in building HR’s culture and driving positive changes whenever applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. Having HR Management degree is preferred
- 6+ years of working experience in HR with relevant experiences in performance management, culture, and learning development
- Experience managing large scale of programs/projects with strong project management & organization savvy
- Good English communication skills & presentation (speaking & writing)
- Effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels and different organizational functions.
- Possess High level of passion/ Self Driven with learning agility
- Good understanding/appreciation of the broader business knowledge/ FMCG
