Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage payroll processing and related tax reporting requirements.
Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
Maintain and manage staff personal files.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage office facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
Ensure sufficient stock of stationery and office supplies.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Provide administrative aid to facilitate the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in HR management
Strong understanding of local HR laws and regulations.
Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work, eager to make a change in the way of work and have good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Thai, both speaking and writing.
