    Human Resource Operation

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes
    • Oversee HRIS management and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
    • Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment processes
    • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
    • Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
    • Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws
    • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
    • Manage HR-related documentation and record-keeping
    • Assist with employee training and development programs
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven experience in HR operations or similar role
    • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
