Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all aspects of HR compliance, including company policies and legal regulations.
HR Policies and Processes: Manage and enforce policies and processes related to time off, salary increases, bonuses, promotions, personal improvement plans, terminations, and resignations.
HRIS Management: Oversee end-to-end processes in Bamboo HR, including uploading yearly holiday calendars, managing time-off requests, conducting data integrity checks and updates (salary increases, position changes, new hires, terminations/resignations), and generating reports as needed.
Payroll Preparation: Handle and prepare payroll data accurately and timely for submission to the finance team.
Bonus Process Management: Administer the performance-based bonus process, including biannual assessments of all staff, including peer and manager feedback, and quarterly OKR assessments to ensure comprehensive performance evaluations.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment.
HR Reporting: Produce accurate and timely HR reports for the Executive Team, highlighting key metrics and insights.
HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
Labor Law Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and ensure all HR practices comply with current regulations.
Requirements
Experience: At least 8 years in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
HRIS Expertise: High level of computer literacy and proven experience managing HRIS systems.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements, including labor laws.
Payroll Preparation: Experience in handling and preparing payroll for finance teams.
Bonus Process Management: Experience administering performance-based bonus processes.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret HR reports.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and processes.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing and resolving HR issues efficiently.
