    HR Operation Officer - Junior

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    Expatriate Services:

    • Assist with accommodation arrangements and manage hotel reservations for expatriate employees.
    • Handle visa & work permit processes (BOI), 90-day reports, and re-entry visas for expatriate employees.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all expatriate employees, including visa and work permit status.
    • Prepare regular reports on the status of ongoing relocations and visa application activities.


    General Affairs:

    • Purchase and distribute food, snacks, stationery, ice cream, and coffee beans to support employee welfare and ensure a well-stocked and pleasant workplace.
    • Oversee the maintenance and management of office facilities, including routine inspections, repairs, and improvements to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment.
    • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and vendors to ensure efficient office operations and a clean, organized work environment.
    • Provide support for other general affairs tasks and assist in organizing company activities to enhance interdepartmental coordination and employee engagement.
    • Oversee and manage the office's general affairs, ensuring cost-effective operations and prudent use of resources.
    • Prepare regular reports on the status of ongoing administrative activities.


    Compensation & Benefits Administration:

    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs.
    • Handle payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
    • Manage and monitor leave and time attendance accuracy.
    • Support employee movements such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.


    Data & Analysis:

    • Maintain employee database accuracy.
    • Plan and monitor employee and HR-related costs and budgets.


    Employee Services:

    • Provide support for other HR-related tasks and assist in organizing company activities to enhance interdepartmental coordination and employee engagement.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, general affairs, or a related role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
