Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent employees to meet business direction and strategies in responsible function, also handle subcontractor employment and ensure compliance with company policy
Plan and execute effective methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates i.e. direct search, campus road show, job fair, social media, networking and, etc.
Responsible for manpower planning, managing, and controlling the recruitment budget
Prepare a report in responsible function to monitor recruitment performance and ensure recruitment progress is on track
Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Have proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
Can demonstrate leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
You have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.
Have expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline.
Have experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Have data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
Have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
