Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy focused on customer loyalty and membership growth.
• Implement innovative strategies to acquire and retain members, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.
• Utilize data-driven insights to segment the customer base effectively.
• Create targeted campaigns and personalized communication strategies to address the unique needs and preferences of different customer segments.
• Design and implement effective communication plans to engage customers through various channels (email, social media, etc.).
• Leverage customer insights to create personalized content and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer loyalty and membership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM management with a focus on customer loyalty and membership programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Experienced in insurance business is a plus.
