Trade Plan and Other Income Department Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop & Manage Promotions: Lead the planning and execution of retail promotional campaigns to boost sales and market share.
Drive Other Income Initiatives: Identify, develop, and manage new revenue streams beyond core sales, including negotiation and contract oversight.
Analyze & Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and other income sources, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee departmental budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Lead & Develop Team: Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering growth and achieving departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years in trade planning, trade marketing or commercial, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within the retail sector.
Analytical & Strategic Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, formulate effective strategies, and make sound business decisions.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication and proven negotiation skills with partners and stakeholders.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial principles and P&L management.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in motivating and managing teams to achieve goals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
