Lead the team who run Electrolux business in Thailand neighboring countries such as Myanmar, Laos together with grow emerging markets like Mongolia and Sri Lanka
Define the approach for the overall sales of new business and existing partners’ retention.
Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports as well as develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization’s goals.
Develop investment strategy and plan to generate sustainable profit to meet company’s goals.
Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities for both retail and B2B (project) through local distributors under different business environment in each country.
Establish relationships and influence partners’ senior stakeholders or decision makers and guidelines to manage customer relationships at the operation level.
Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs together with foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue and profit.
Ability to forecast changes in the markets and investigate factors impacting sales performance, leverage them for business opportunities
Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets and improve floor salesman (promoter) capabilities and performance
Execute retail strategy to drive sell out that lead to achieve revenue and profits
Ability to plan products which fit to customers’ needs in each country together with recommend price positioning and changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
Collaborate with cross function colleagues within the organization include finance, product management, marketing, and after sales service to penetrate and expand business in key markets
Provide input to the content development/ marketing communication to meet local requirements and gain larger brand awareness in the market
Drive to develop business fundamental in key markets such as expand more retail & project channels, improve after sales service infrastructure
Drive growth in upcoming business in the markets such as online/ e-commerce sales
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, or equivalent education
At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG
Experience in developing surrounding markets of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar
Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
Commercially focused with a strong record of delivering sales targets & profit/ loss management
Strategic planning capability
Strong ability in defining objectives and monitoring progress.
Multi-cultural understanding, respect of culture diversities and ability to tailor communication between multi-cultural teams
Travel is a requirement of this role
Fluent in English language communication, ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus
