Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning Senior Officer

Job Description

• Draw an aftersales direction and strategy as regional headquarter.
• Facilitate the project to maximize customer satisfaction and increase aftersales revenue.
• Organize the regional events and meeting to support the business for local offices and distributors.
• Conduct performance check and provide training to improve service operation.
• Promote digitalization for customer relation enhancement and work efficiency up.
• Monitor KPI and report to Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any related fields.
• Has 2-3 years’ experience related with Automobile Products.
• Over 3-4 Experience in Aftersales Service, or Strategy Planning are preferred.
• Excellent in interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to facilitate projects from planning through to execution.
• Good command in English both Writing and Speaking (TOEIC score 700 or above is required).
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Data Analysis.
• Able to travel oversea.
