Developing and implementing commercial targets according to company strategy and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
implement new customer acquisition strategies & Manage existing client relationships
Monitor of market trends that could effect the business as a whole
Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
Compliance with global and regional regulations and provide advice to merchandise buying and ensuring buyers are aware of business objectives
Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (buying, Own Brand, DC, Finance & inventory)
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for top management
Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
7-10 years of direct experience in managing international trade, FMCG buying, products sourcing, Food/ FMCG exporting, having experience in Food Retail industry is a plus
Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients
In-depth knowledge of export market analysis and metrics
Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
