Business Development Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and market expansion.
- Client Outreach: Support efforts to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Proposal Support: Help prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with company objectives and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring and analyzing business development metrics and preparing reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, and experience with market research.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
