Responsibilities:
Sales Planning and Strategy Development:
- Develop and oversee sales plans, while crafting strategic approaches for each food delivery platform.
- Create and implement action plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities across all delivery platforms.
Product Management:
- Manage additional restaurant-related products for Chester’s, such as special deal coupons through third-party platforms.
Collaboration with Food Aggregators:
- Coordinate with food aggregator platforms such as GrabFood, Lineman, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood, Robinhood, etc.
- Plan and execute strategies to drive sales performance and achieve set targets.
Cost Negotiation:
- Negotiate with food delivery platforms to optimize costs and achieve maximum cost efficiency.
Business Development and Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets to support the restaurant’s growth.
- Stay current with industry trends to enhance the e-commerce and delivery channels.
Chester’s Delivery Channel Management:
- Take responsibility for sales and promotional plans for Chester's delivery channels via the website and 1145 hotline to meet defined goals.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and coaching to direct reports (1 subordinate).
