Manage business development activities to identify, develop, and administer strategic partnership with bank partner
Manage and execute distribution business plans and activities to achieve sales target
Work with stakeholders internally and externally to deliver year plan including sales campaign, sales activities, training plan, product launches, etc.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure financial discipline i.e. manage budget within target while achieving business plan
Establish processes to track, measure, and analyze results and outcomes
Establish new business opportunities with the bank partner including omni-channel/ digital channel opportunities
Qualification
Experience required: at least 8 years in insurance, banking, or consulting industry
Direct work experience in Bancassurance would be a big plus
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Have ability to break down problems and frame the question before start looking for answers
Good collaboration with can-do attitude, open to new ideas and is resilient
Have ability to work in a dynamic working environment, and comfortable with change. Understand agile way of work is a plus
