Business Development Analytics (ShopeeFood)

Job Description

• Set, align, drive merchant supply mid to long term strategy and target for ShopeeFood while ensure budget efficiency
• Strategize for merchant investment with Business Development Team to help maximizing customer promotion
• Analyze on merchant performance to improve merchant quality and category diversification
• Focus in SMB Merchants group to deliver business growth in merchant performance. investment and assortment

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Engineering or related field from a recognized university
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Experience from e-commerce, e-wallet, food delivery industry, other tech company or top tier management consulting would be an advantage
• Experience with sale team planning and/or headcount planning is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and understand big picture overview and overall direction (experience using SQL, Tableau is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills and able to cascade down direction to team member
• Able to initiate, evaluate and manage the objective to meet key objective
