    Position Details

    Responsibilities:


    • Serve as a Business Development Manager, leveraging your expertise to cultivate and bring in your own sales portfolios.
    • Lead and mentor the Business Development Team, providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles.
    • Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including setting and monitoring goals for new IB and customer activation, existing IB and customer retention, partnership acquisition, and overall conversion rates.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, forecasting expected sales and profits for existing and new products.
    • Provide hands-on guidance and practical advice to Business Development Managers to enhance their performance and drive results.
    • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values.
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to devise effective promotions and client acquisition strategies tailored to different market segments.
    • Innovate and explore new business development strategies, translating them into profitable ventures.
    • Facilitate communication and alignment between sales and marketing teams, ensuring a consistent closed loop for lead and opportunity management.
    • Monitor and analyse lead and pipeline data to validate quality and provide insights for continuous improvement.


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales management within the financial services industry.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in sales and marketing software/tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
