Business Development Representative (SaaS)
Key Responsibilities
•Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, and database tools.
•Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage in social selling to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
•Qualifying: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential to convert into customers, using predefined criteria and a consultative approach.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
•Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system, ensuring a high level of organization and follow-up.
•Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
•Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on lead quality, sales scripts, and outreach strategies to help refine our approach and improve overall effectiveness.
Required Skills
•Experience: 4-7 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
•Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
•Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn).
•Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams (CS), manage time effectively, and meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
•Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and understand client needs and market dynamics. Native-level Thai language skills
