EDC Sales Executive
What you’ll Do:
Identify and engage potential customers to drive sales for our payment acceptance device (EDC)
Encourage and support customers in adopting EDC as their primary payment solution
Coordinate preparing equipment, configuring the system, and deliver a ready-to-use EDC to ensure the best first-time experience for customers
Assist customers in smoothly transitioning from their previous system to EDC
Train customer staff across all departments on how to effectively use the EDC system (e.g., store employees, cashiers)
Plan and arrange meetings to help resolve obstacles and provide customer guidance
Provide comprehensive consultation on product functionality, related equipment, and network systems
What you’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-3 years of sales experience (prior experience in payment solutions is a big plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
Proactive, eager to learn new things, and a team player
Positive attitude toward challenges and the ability to stay focused in dynamic environments
Ability to use computer and internet
