Developing and implementing conversion and activation strategies aligned with the module's growth objectives
Employing activities, user engagement, and content operations to achieve business goals while maintaining a deep understanding of product characteristics
Collaborating closely with departments such as Product, Marketing, and Brand to expand internal and external resources, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve collective goals
Continuously monitoring business module data, maintaining accountability for key data metrics, and iteratively optimizing strategies based on data insights
Requirements and skills
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product operations, demonstrating a solid operational background
Strong interest in transactions with a high aptitude for learning. Previous transactional experience is highly valued
Possesses a systematic and analytical mindset, demonstrating sensitivity to data and a results-driven approach
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
