Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our Sales team, reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for achieving your individual revenue target by:
- Actively identifying and engaging with new potential customers to promote our innovative products and solutions.
- Proactively prospecting, qualifying, and exploring new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on renewals and up-selling opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations of our solutions to potential clients.
- Taking ownership of your personal sales targets and driving efforts to achieve them.
- Collaborating with other business units to develop comprehensive solutions for your clients.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Strong understanding of marketing issues related to consumer brands in Thailand.
- At least 3 years of business development or sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales with a customer-first approach.
Technical Skills And Qualifications
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related disciplines.
- Strong project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Thai.
- Ability to present to senior management effectively.
