Key Responsibilities:
Event Design and Execution:
- Lead the planning and delivery of in-store and digital events that captivate and engage customers. Focus on creating elegant, impactful experiences that drive brand loyalty and increase sales.
Enhancing Retail Experience:
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams to refine and elevate the customer journey within stores. Aim to create a seamless, luxurious shopping environment that delights customers at every touchpoint.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation. Use insights to develop strategic retail plans that position Jubilee Diamond as a leader in the luxury market.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement trade plans aligned with Jubilee’s brand vision and business objectives. Utilize data-driven, customer-focused strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Brand Communications and Customer Insight teams to ensure events and experiences align with Jubilee’s overall brand narrative and meet customer expectations. Facilitate collaboration among various teams to create cohesive and impactful experiences.
Financial and Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor financial KPIs for events and retail strategies, including sales targets, return on space, and customer satisfaction. Continuously refine plans based on these metrics to support the company’s growth goals.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Guide and inspire in-store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and execute event plans effectively. Provide training and support to ensure all team members contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
Timely Execution:
- Ensure the precise and timely execution of all retail events and strategies. Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities to ensure success.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-7 years in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.

- Strong leadership and project management abilities with a proven track record of delivering high-impact events and retail strategies.
