Develop, implement, and execute category-level direction and go-to-market strategy for all key categories, as well as initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness.
Analyze data, trends, and seller performance on a regular basis, develop excellent strategic plans, and prepare/present strategic discussions and consultative presentations about both the internal and external environments to ensure that the category under management remains highly competitive in the market.
Leverage strong project management skills to plan and coordinate activities within the allocated category as well as with the cross-functional team to guarantee that all platform and category initiatives are carried out smoothly.
Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be addressed by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key sellers within the category
Holds GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) target and other KPIs
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Ideally 4-6 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management, consulting
Excellent communication capability with an ability to speak and write in English and/or Thai fluently
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to identify solutions/insights, drive/implement ideas, and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ability to work with evolving and emerging products
Strong commercial, analytical and numbers savvy with experience in data analytics and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
