Position Details

Job Responsibilities:

Commercial:

  • Expand sales of Artivion products throughout the territory
  • Forecast primary sales and follow secondary sales for each product line on a monthly basis.


Channel Management:

  • Develop and maintain professional business relationships with distributors/ 4PL and their employees. Identify and develop new channels to market that enable us to get closer to the customer and drive better penetration of our therapies. Manage such channel change appropriately.
  • Track PO pending, consignment placements, stock replenishment and other service deliverables to monitor 4PL and ensure that our products and therapies have proper penetration.
  • Travel with distributor sales representatives, Sales managers, and product managers to support their sales efforts and to meet with key surgeons and prospective customers.


Customer Management:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with KOLS and decision makers.
  • Support clinical cases in the lab with proper inventory and tech knowledge that positions Artivion as an exemplary organization with excellent patient service capabilities.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products, activities, and strategies in the territory
  • Generate market knowledge of potential, size, share, usage patterns around the country and areas to drive growth. Tailor channel, product marketing and KOL engagement strategies to maximize growth.
  • Work with the sales team to develop an in-depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, including clinical and economic stakeholders to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential.
  • Supports clinical study compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow the business gain market share and differentiate from its competitors.


Key Result Areas

  • Achievement of quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Provide clinical case support for the Artivion Aortic device portfolio throughout the APAC region.
  • Deliver on agreed Corporate Goals and projects.
  • Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline OR applicable/equivalent combination of work experience and education required. Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmaceutical or Life science related field preferred
  • Early to mid-career professional with at least 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in cardiac and vascular industry
  • Proven track record of excellent sales results.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout territory.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product plans to motivate distributor sales reps.
  • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude and presentation.
  • Must be highly motivated and have strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.
  • Passionate to pursue and grow career in the endovascular field.
  • Can do attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile organization.
  • Must be self-disciplined, organized and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives.
  • Comfortable to work odd hours to support customers / patients’ needs, whenever required.
  • Highly motivated and have strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.
  • Basic IT literacy including ability to read CT scans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resident within the territory.
