Affiliate Marketing Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for Alibaba International's e-commerce platform.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in affiliate marketing, implementing best practices to enhance the program's effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or digital industry.
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and networks, with experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
