Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Business or relevant majors • 4+ years of experience in recruiting; Experience in IT, mass recruitment is a plus • Highly responsible, hard-working, can work under pressure and deadlines; • Knowledge and experience of using social networking tools, a proven track record of using social media to attract talent is essential.
• • Be an outstanding communicator, with a strong capability to engage others; • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key; • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese; • Must be flexible on work schedule based on the recruitment activity requirements and success pattern.
