Requirements

• • Bachelors Information Technology preferred/ Graphic Design preferred/ Web Design preferred or Visual Communication preferred • Familiarity with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD required • User experience (UX) design principles and user-centered design approach preferred • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices required • Knowledge of user research and testing methods preferred • Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience required • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams preferred • English: Ability to understand written and spoken English at an advanced level Junior Level: • 3+ Years Experience leading the design of complex products and collaborating with cross-functional teams required • 3+ Years Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus preferred • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices preferred • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment required • Excellent communication and presentation skills preferred
