Magna Legal Services is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of corporate, operational, technical, and professional positions. The Recruiter will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, identifying top talent, and guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring process, from requisition intake through onboarding.

This is a full-time, permanent, remote position reporting to Magna's Director of Talent Acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from requisition kickoff through candidate onboarding

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies

• Create compelling job postings and advertise opportunities across appropriate recruiting channels

• Source, identify, and engage qualified active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods

• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct structured recruiter screens to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit

• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with thoughtful recommendations and interview summaries

• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless interview process from scheduling through final decision

• Facilitate timely interview feedback and drive efficient hiring decisions
