Teller (English Speaking)

Job Description

• Service customers for international transfer and foreign currency exchange to both foreigner and Thai travels/customers 
• Validation of foreign currency 
• Customer Opening & Closing Procedures 
• Customer Advisory and Assistance to ensure the higher transactions 
• Very meticulous in tracking and daily reporting 
• Provide customers with product and service information 
• Support both inbound and outbound partners 
• Doing a daily report and monthly report / CDD / Tax fee

Responsibilities

• Good at Microsoft office computer programs and knowledge of using Windows based programs 
• At least 2 to 3 years of work experience from banking or money exchange 
• Knowledge of various currencies 
• Required Thai and English language skills 
• Experienced in counting money and checking counterfeit banknotes
