Responsibilities
Coordinating all in-store activities such as booth setups, PG (Promoter Group) cheer activities, and customer engagement events across each account.
Ensuring consistent execution and high-quality brand presence in every activation.
Negotiating for the best possible cost and terms with vendors, seeking efficiencies through centralized sourcing and procurement.
Integrate CVS POSM initiatives into the broader MT strategy, ensuring alignment and operational synergy.
Mentor and guide the direct report, fostering growth and enhancing team capability in delivering effective POSM strategies.
Qualifications
4yrs+ experience in Customer (Trade Marketing) /Consumer Marketing
Leadership skills, Strong project mgt skills, able to lead and drive actions
Strong analytical skills, turning insight into actions.
Innovative thinking: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and Execution.
Good relationship building and teamwork
Good planning and managing performance of self
Initiative and flexible
Work well under pressure
Good command in both Thai & English
Computer literature in Microsoft Office
Experienced in Channel development
Strong in dealing with data-intelligence agency
